Tender description

ICS implementation, licence, maintenance, support and hosting. This voluntary ex-ante transparency notice (VEAT) notice is to notify the market of the Isle of Wight Council's intention to award a contract to Servelec Social Care Ltd for the provision of ICS implementation, licence, maintenance, support and hosting. The Isle of Wight Council is utilising the Hampshire County Council framework agreement on a direct award basis following completion of our call off order. Before formally entering in to the contract, the Isle of Wight Council shall be observing a 10 day standstill period, finishing at midnight on 15 May 2020. The Isle of Wight Council intends to formally award the contract on the 18 May 2020. The contract shall be awarded on a 6 + 3 + 3 + 3 term with optional interfaces available for call-off at fixed prices throughout the term of the contract.
