County Wicklow Partnership wishes to invite interested parties to submit a tender(s), outlining how they would deliver the listed Social Enterprise training programmes below. The tender is divided into three lots - • LOT 1 – Rural Youth Social Enterprise Entrepreneurial Training Programme - The aim of this training is to introduce the concept and build awareness of Social Enterprise to a Rural Youth audience by introducing it as a realistic business. model and pathway to economic opportunity while equally holding a social cause / mission as a key element. This training programme will be offered to those living in Co Wicklow and within the age category of 18 to 35 ONLY. • LOT 2 - Rural Youth Social Enterprise – Let’s Talk About Video Training Series - County Wicklow Partnership wishes to commission 12 short instructional, but creative training videos that would appeal to the LEADER Rural Youth age group 18 to 35. The focus and aim of the video series to offer a readily available online resource tool to raise awareness and offer an introduction to the topic's of ‘Starting a Social Enterprise”. It should offer a backup learning tool to the Rural Youth Entrepreneurial project as outlined in Lot 1 and act as a resource for anyone thinking of starting a Social Enterprise in the future. • LOT 3 – Social Enterprise – Covid 19 Training Supports Programme for new and existing Social Enterprises in Co Wicklow - The aim of this programme of supports is to - a. increase the viability of existing Social Enterprises in Wicklow to help them recover from the impact of Covid19. b. support the development of new start up innovative and adaptive Social Enterprises in the Wicklow region to become more resilient to the impact of Covid 19. Please note that ALL training programme's MUST not be accredited to any National Educational body.
