Tender description

This is a new VEAT Notice in connection with the design standards advice and professional services multiple framework agreement: Extension of the 2015 Design Standards Advice and Professional Services MFA Contract will be by 6 months (until November 2020) with an option to extend by an additional maximum period of 6 months (until May 2021) to ensure service continuity during and after the current Coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak. The scope of the contract will remain as awarded and will include compliance with and delivery of all responsibilities and service activities in the areas described in the original contract. This is a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice to indicate that the Scottish Ministers intend to extend the current Design standards advice and professional services MFA Contract by 6 months (until November 2020) with an option to extend by an additional maximum period of 6 months (May 2021) to ensure service continuity during and after the current Coronavirus, Covid-19, outbreak and to allow for the completion of procurement in accordance with the 2015 Regulations.
