In summary, the Services comprise: the provision of a Specialist Education Services to deliver services on behalf of ETBI for the benefit of the ETB sector. QQI has developed a suite of Quality Assurance guidelines in conjunction with stakeholders to be used by providers designing programmes, establishing and reviewing their quality assurance policies and procedures. These guidelines communicate the expectations and the quality of provision, assessment and the teaching and learning experience in the Irish education and training system.
