Tender description

Applications are invited from firms capable of advising the Institute on intellectual property matters and to provide associated patenting services. The intention is to make the appointment for 3 years. The requirement has been divided into 5 Lots (see section 2 below). The intention is to appoint a single service provider for each Lot, however, the Institute reserves the right, should it choose to do so, to appoint more than 1 (one) service provider to any of the individual Lots. Where this is the case, when patent requirements arise for that multi-provider Lot all listed providers will be asked for specific proposals upon which the decision on who will be awarded the work will be based. A single provider may apply for and be appointed for more than 1 (one) Lot. Please note, that a provider may not be shortlisted and invited to tender for all the Lots for which it has made application.
