Tender description

Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract to provide exhibition fit out for the ‘Norwich Castle: Gateway to Medieval England’ redevelopment project. Norfolk Museums Service (NMS) wishes to enter into a contract for the provision of main exhibition fit out for the ‘Norwich Castle: Gateway to Medieval England’ redevelopment project at Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery, Castle Hill, Norwich, NR1 3JU. The work of this contract will recreate the palace of the Norman Kings and install a British Museum Partnership Gallery of the medieval period and other interventions to enable visitors to explore the archaeology and history of this 900-year-old landmark. It will include all main exhibition contractor duties, exhibit displays, AV hardware, theatrical lighting, graphic media, physical interactives and associated shop-fit works, including local power.
