Monaghan County Council has responsibility for the National Road Network. 13 sites have been identified on the County Monaghan National Road Network where works will be carried out to repair the pavement. Works to include site clearance, planning, construction of base and binder course, surface course installation, road markings and traffic management measures to facilitate the works.
