The Council is looking for a suitable company to undertake the design, supply, installation, removal, maintenance and storage of the Colchester Town Centre Annual Festive Lighting Scheme, initially for a 5 year contract period and with the possibility to extend for up to a maximum of 5 years. The Council has identified a strategic priority to reduce its environmental impact and it is therefore very important that the design is as environmentally sustainable as possible.
