The scope of works comprises of the carrying out of drainage works on existing field surface to the rear of Sacred Heart National School to include the preparation of the subject area together with drainage works and re-seeding of the subject area as described in the documentation provided Please read all tender documents with this contract notice and ensure to submit the following documents with your response: • Volume C Pricing Specification - fully completed and signed • Volume B Form of Tender and Schedule – completed and signed • Works Declaration Document LEADER [WDL] document- completed and signed Failure to submit these documents may result in exclusion from the competitive process and any response that is not in the requested format may be rejected
