Tender description

In order to plan and undertake the programme of investment work related to these services, it is now the intention of the Council to commission a suitably qualified Professional Services provider to carry out design services for 28 lifts (with the optional addition of a further 5 at the sole discretion of RBKC) and the follow-on technical services to assist in the contract management of the construction phase. 1.1 Objectives The objectives of the contract are to: • undertake a survey of the lifts. • produce tender documents for the procurement of a lift contractor. • assist with the procurement process. • assist in the contract management of the construction phase of the project.
