Tender description

o The objective of the Living Georgian City Laneway Demonstration Project is to improve the quality and accessibility of the pedestrian environment to facilitate greater footfall, vibrancy, activity and investment in the city.The project will be carried out over 25 laneways in the historic Georgian core of Newtown Pery in Limerick City. There are approx 1400 sq mo of laneway included in the project over 3 phases. The project will improve public realm and and will make the laneways accessible and livable using smart, green and innovative solutions. The project is outlined in detail in the Service Requirements document that form part of the tender documentation.
