The Commissioner is seeking the views of Healthcare Providers in relation to a Mental Health Crisis Accommodation Service located in Hastings, East Sussex. The anticipated value of the Service is GBP 386 000,00 per annum. The Sanctuary, Hastings - Mental Health Crisis Accommodation Service (20.661) NHS East Sussex Clinical Commissioning Group Request for Information (RFI) The Commissioner is seeking the views of Healthcare Providers in relation to a Mental Health Crisis Accommodation and Borderline Personality Disorder Guesting Service located in Hastings, East Sussex. The anticipated value of the Service is GBP 386 000,00 per annum. This is a process designed to help the Commissioner form a view of the best way to commission the service and is not the beginning of a Tender exercise. A Tender advertisement may be issued in due course, should the Commissioner consider this the optimum route to commission the service. Aims and objectives of the service are: Aims: — improved and sustainable outcomes for clients — individual resilience development — reduction in inpatient admissions. Objectives: — a suitable, non-medical alternative to hospital admission for identified people experiencing a mental health crisis; — short stay crisis/respite provision for individuals diagnosed with a personality disorder; — emotional and practical support to enable residents to manage and resolve their own periods of crisis including utilising support structures and facilities available in the community.
