VisitBritain is only seeking organisations to express an interest in the service delivery as part of this market testing exercise and provide any feedback that they may have at this time. This PIN does not constitute a commitment by VisitBritain to undertake a procurement exercise in the future. Due to Covid-19, we are seeking to understand from the market the capacity to deliver new stand builds for the annual exhibitions we attend and any associated risks based on the level of uncertainty in the supply market. We are currently planning to attend the below events in 2021-2024: MeetEngland/Business events - IMEX US, IMEX Frankfurt, and IBTM. And B2B trade — ITB-Berlin. We require a new stand design for the MeetEngland project that would be used across the 3 global exhibitions and 1 new stand design for VisitBritain (VB) at ITB which is held in Berlin. VB requests that organisations who express and interest in this requirement register their interest via the Delta eSourcing portal and review the ‘Outline Specification’ document. On reviewing this document, interested suppliers are then required to complete and return the market testing questionnaire no later than 12 noon on Friday 22nd May 2020 via the Delta eSourcing portal.
