Lot 1: Creative or Interactive Installations/Productions For the purpose of this tender exercise a creative or interactive installation/ production must contain at least three of the following: • a large number of performers (10 plus) • contain large scale prop(s) • have high visibility within a large crowd/from a distance • special effects • deliver a story/theme creatively. Lot 2: Street Theatre Shows For the purpose of this tender exercise a street theatre performance is defined as: • any performance lasting between 3 – 40 minutes long • engages crowds of up to 100 people at any one time • does not require any staging/special production for delivery • features performers and has a theme. Please note that street theatre shows does not include walkabout characters.
