Consultancy Services for the Analysis of 2019 Climate Change and Gender Equality Expenditure

Tender description

The Development Cooperation and Africa Division (DCAD) of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) manages and provides policy support across the Government’s development cooperation programme. A key element of that is the production and analysis of data on programming in key priority areas. This data informs our engagement and decision-making and demonstrates our transparency and accountability to commitments the Irish Government has made, including those outlined in Ireland’s International Development Policy, ‘A Better World’. DCAD seeks to engage consultants/service providers to: - Provide quality assurance on the reported data expenditure for 2019 ODA disbursements across Climate Change and Gender Equality. - Prepare the required 2019 Climate Change (CC) Narrative Report (The report will meet both Ireland’s OECD and UNFCCC reporting requirements). - Short overview data report on gender equality expenditure in 2019. - Report on process and recommendations for future Climate Change and gender equality expenditure tracking.
