Tender description

This procurement focuses on land known as the Bermondsey Dive-Under. Straddling the boundary of Lewisham and Southwark, the Dive-Under formed part of the Thameslink Programme and comprised a series of new structures built along the line of existing operational railway viaducts which allow the Thameslink lines to cross over the Kent lines on their approach to London Bridge station. Construction was completed in spring 2017 and the site is now owned by Archco.
