Waltham Forest Council has conducted a further competition via YPO's Enforcement Agency Services DPS — 953 and has appointed four enforcement agents for bailiff services across the following lots: Lot 1: Current year Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR) including Business Improvement District (BID), Housing Benefit Overpayment and Former Tenant Arrears. Lot 2: Council Tax and Business rates arrears, re-cycled debt including tracing returned from lot 1.
