Tender description

This notice is to advertise an opportunity for a venue finding service that offers bill-back services, venue quotes with clear costs, best-negotiated rates and varied options of location/venues. AHDB work on various events, so the selected agency must have the ability to provide large and small venues. Bill back service can be up to £50,000 per event, so the agency must have the financial capability to facilitate this. There will be a trial period of 3 months, in which after this time, AHDB can sever from the supplier if necessary. The agency must also generate their commission from the venues and not charge AHDB for their service.
