Iarnród Éireann, Irish Rail (IE) wishes to notify potentially interested parties of IE’’s interest in exploring the market for existing, reference solutions for the Monitoring and Detection of Insulated Block Joints (IBJ) in rails. Attached to the PIN Notice is a Market Consultation Brochure, which aims to provide prospective candidates with background information, project objectives and to seek feedback from the market in relation to IE’s enquiry. This feedback will assist IE in planning next stages of the procurement process. Interested parties are required to download the brochure and complete the Reply Form in accordance with the instructions provided.
