Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations

Tender description

The University of Bradford will be going out to tender later this year to establish a framework agreement for mechanical and electrical maintenance services. This agreement will likely comprise of two lots: Mechanical Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance, although this may be subdivided into further lots for specialist equipment. The tender is expected to be published in August 2020 although dates are subject to change. ‘A market engagement day is planned for 10 a.m. on Thursday 16th July (subject to campus opening, this will either be held at the University of Bradford or as an online webinar’.
