Tender description
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board require a contractor to carry out yearly inspection and maintenance of oil and gas fired boilers, Landlord gas appliances, commercial catering equipment and rational steam ovens. Together with listed ancillary equipment and other oil and gas fired equipment installed at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board premises, to ensure that they are maintained in a safe condition so as to prevent risk of injury to any person or damage to any property. This gas safe tender is divided into Areas the following lots: Lot 1: East — Boiler and Burner Plants Lot 2: Central — Boiler and Burner Plants Lot 3: West — Boiler and Burner Plants Lot 4: East — Landlord Gas appliances Lot 5: Central — Landlord Gas appliances Lot 6: West — Landlord Gas appliances Lot 7: East — Commercial Catering Gas Appliance Lot 8: Central — Commercial Catering Gas Appliance Lot 9: West — Commercial Catering Gas Appliance Lot 10: BCUHB — Rational Steam Oven.
