The Education Authority (EA) is seeking to appoint a number of suppliers to provide multi-functional devices (MFDs) and photocopiers across the EA estate and all schools across Northern Ireland using a model that best suits the school or business area’s needs. This will be a 5-year contract and the estimated commencement will be in February 2020 The contract will include the provision of hardware, software, consumables, support and maintenance. However, it will not include the supply of paper. This will be a call-off contract, allowing contracts to be awarded as/when the need arises.
