Tender description

There are 3 parts to this consultancy appointment. Part 1 - The consultant will be carrying out safety checks of the façade of developments in progress as well of the fire strategies. This will ensure that buildings currently being developed are compliant with government advice and guidance. - Part 2 - Additional work on the final draft of the Safety Case Report for issue to the HSE. This is part of the early adopters work for the MHCLG. - Part 3 - Mandatory Reporting trial being developed as part of the MHCLG safety review on high rise residential buildings.
