Tender description

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a framework agreement for the supply of gymnastic and gymnasium equipment, mats, accessories and maintenance services for use primarily in the education market. This framework is split into two sections, the first section is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector organisations by establishing an agreement for providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis (Lots 1-7), whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the provider, but the provider delivers direct to the end customer (providers required to be able to work with YPO to provide A full range of products for lots 1-7). The second section of the framework is contractual and will be where the end customer will place the order with the provider and the provider will deliver direct to the end customer (Lot 8). YPO will manage and monitor all interest and orders for the full term of the contract for all lots. Provider(s) are required to be able to deliver a wide range of equipment suitable for use in education and sports environments. The provider(s) are to work with YPO in proving a full offering of equipment (based on lot) for what YPO’s customers require. YPO may require its logo or official colours of yellow and purple to be applied to some of the products it supplies as to expand its ‘YPO Own Brand’ offering. Therefore, there must be flexibility to be able to provide this from the beginning or at any time during the length of this contract. Provider(s) are required to be able to deliver a wide range of equipment suitable for use in education and sports environments. The provider(s) are to work with YPO in proving a full offering of equipment (based on lot) for what YPO’s customers require. YPO may require its logo or official colours of yellow and purple to be applied to some of the products it supplies as to expand its ‘YPO Own Brand’ offering.
