Tender description

This invitation to tender (‘ITT’) has been issued by The Schools Buying Hub South West (SBHSW) as an agent of Dartmoor Multi Academy (‘the Trust’). You are invited by the Trust to tender for the provision of grounds maintenance services in accordance with this ITT. The proposed contract is to run for 3 years, with 2 optional extension years and will involve the routine horticultural and other related maintenance of landscape areas including lawns, beds, hedges, trees, hard surfaces, and sports areas including natural pitches, high-quality grass and tree surveys. The Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust includes 16 schools — 3 secondary schools and 13 primary schools. The schools are located across West Devon.
