Provision of managed cleaning service and other ancillary facilities management services as required by the Trust to support and supplement Trust's resources in response to the current coronavirus, Covid-19, outbreak. Projected monthly spend under the contract value is estimated at GBP 303 934.72 excl VAT. Due to extreme urgency the Trust required provision of managed cleaning service and other ancillary facilities management services as required by the Trust to support and supplement Trust's resources in response to the current coronavirus, Covid-19, outbreak. Ancillary services include but are not limited to cleaning, portering, reception, ward hosts, security officers and other. Estimated monthly spend under this contract is GBP 303 934.72 excl VAT. The duration of the contract is likely to be extended beyond the first month, depending on Trust's requirement. Therefore, the overall spend under this contract is likely to exceed the aforementioned projected spend in the first month.
