Fabrication of steel support shaft and hubs for vertical access turbine

DesignPro requires the fabrication of 2 X shaft + hub assemblies to support its vertical access hydrokinetic turbine. The units to be built are large steel structures that require precision machining and subsequent precision assembly of these components by welding and bolting. There is a short fabrication time frame required to meet company deadlines. The units must be completed and ready for collection by mid - September 2019. The overall dimensions are 6 meters tall and 2.5 meters wide. The central shaft is a 270 mm steel heavy wall pipe that must be worked on a lathe. The maximum diameter to be worked is 625 mm.There are two steel hubs 2.5 M in diameter that must be precision machined. High strength welding is required during assembly.
