Tender description

Derry City and Strabane District Council wishes to invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified, competent organisations to be included on a restricted list for the provision of event management support services to assist the festival and events team in the delivery of Council events taking place between April 2020 and March 2023. During April 2020 until March 2021 Council will deliver a range of festivals and events including Foyle Maritime Festival 2020, Halloween, Christmas and St Patrick’s Day as well as a number of additional public events and celebrations that may be programmed on an ad hoc basis. All of the events will vary in nature, scale and requirements. Successful companies will be contacted per event depending on the extent and range of event management support services required by Council Event Team. Tendering companies must be able to provide all the following event management services: • production management, • site/zone mangers, • stage managers, • artist liaison, • programme support, • crew provision, • general event management.
