Tender description

The contracting authority (on behalf of itself and Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing (‘KNH’) wishes to setup a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the provision of learning (which includes but is not limited to classroom learning/eLearning) which falls under the remit of our internal training provision (the Services). We anticipate 5 (five) categories to be run under this DPS: Category 1: Management Development, Category 2: Personal Skills, Category 3: Coaching, Category 4: Outplacement Support, Category 5: Ad-Hoc Training Requirements. This is a further competition from Category 3 of this DPS. We are looking for a provider to work with Kirklees Council to provide the ILM Level 5 Coaching and mentoring qualification for 15 delegates. The successful supplier will provide: • onsite (at Kirklees) face-to-face training days covering the full ILM qualification criteria, • learning materials for delegates, • a platform/process for the associated assignments and coaching diary, • 1-1 tutor support for delegates for up to 6 months after the delivery days, • coaching supervision support whilst delegates are ‘practice’ coaching.
