Tender description

Notice of abandonment of procurement. In accordance with Regulation 55 (1) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, we advise that we no longer intend to continue with this procurement process which was commenced by the OJEU notice dispatched on the 4 September 2019, reference 2019/S 172-419996, for the above framework comprising all advertised lots 1 to 5. Transport for London was looking to put into place a framework to deliver health and safety courses divided across five lots: — lot 1: HSE user/operator, — lot 2: HSE maintainer, — lot 3: HSE electrical, — lot 4: management of HSE, — lot 5: professional HSE.
