Tender description

The project involves the replacement of mainly single glazed existing windows and doors in 108 locations throughout St. Paul's College, Raheny. Other windows and doors throughout the school will be retained in place and not affected. It also includes wet trades (eg. plastering to reveals etc.); the repair of existing concrete window cills & lintels & replacement of a number of window cills, and other works associated with the installation of the windows and doors. Please note that additional windows and doors have now been included in this tender, which were not included in a previous etender notice (now withdrawn).
