Tender description

Wiltshire Council has a duty to provide quality accommodation and support to vulnerable young people, including 16- and 17-year olds who are assessed as being Children in Need and those who Leave Care, up to the age of 25. Wiltshire Council is looking to acquire solo, 2 young people and 3 young people sharing properties and associated support services. This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with the light-touch regime (LTR) rules (PCR 2015 74-77). The Council therefore confirms that the LTR OJEU threshold and timescales apply, as does certain flexibilities with regards to the tender selection and award that are specified within this document.
