The Authority is considering replacing the technology systems which support its core business activities with a modern, scalable solution to better serve its business objectives and enable increased operational efficiencies. Enhancements are expected to include the provision of comprehensive digital customer channels and core back-office system/s to process customer contacts and cases. The back-office systems will be instrumental in managing important business activities as part of the Authority’s regulatory and enforcement remit including site inspections, audits and product/substance based inspections. Mobile inspection tooling is also being considered as part of this technology refresh. This market sounding exercise is intended to: • Help the Authority to understand the relevant products in the market. • Provide an understanding of vendor approaches. • Highlight opportunities for using technology to best effect. • Understand capital and operational costs. The Authority would like to hear from vendors who have relevant product offerings and experience implementing systems to support safety and compliance, or similar business activities, aligned with the future vision outlined in this market sounding.
