Tender description

The British Library is inviting potential vendors or service providers to provide information to assist with the procurement, implementation and on-going provision of catering services at the Library's sites at St Pancras in London, and Boston Spa West Yorkshire. ‘When submitting information, all respondents should note that this is not currently a tender opportunity, but is part of a market consultation exercise aiming to ensure that the procurement route selected and the options ultimately developed for any procurement are properly informed’. The British Library is inviting potential vendors or service providers to provide information to assist with the procurement, implementation and on-going provision of catering services at the Library's sites at St Pancras in London and Boston Spa West Yorkshire. The British Library is considering splitting the provision of services over the following contracts. 1) St Pancras – Staff restaurant, hospitality and public catering with the exception of those outlets in no 2. 2) Artisan – Euston Road coffee shop, Entrance Hall coffee cart with the option of adding Members Room and The Last Word 3) Boston Spa – Staff restaurant and shop 4) Events framework – annually reviewed framework with wide variety of small to medium event caterers covering a wide range of dining experiences.
