Tender description

CORU hosts meetings and conferences with users who need to share presentations from their laptop. CORU requires a solution that will allow CORU staff and guests to share presentations via the CORU overhead projector in the main CORU conference room. CORU also wish to procure a conferencing solution that will allow CORU staff and guests to dial in to WebEx and other conference meeting services and to share the audio with attendees in the conference room.
