Tender description

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invite tenders to put in place three frameworks of multi-disciplinary consultancy teams for each of three lots 1— Building, 2 — Civil Engineering and 3 — Outdoor Play and Recreation with the following core consultants and disciplines, who when appointed from the framework by mini competition will provide a lead consultant and a multi-disciplinary consultancy team to deliver capital projects; core consultants: • project management, • architectural and CDM principal designer role, • quantity surveying, • mechanical and electrical engineering, • structural engineering, • civil engineering and CDM principal designer role. Of the above listed core disciplines the tenderer/lead consultant (or where the Consultant is a Consortium, the parties forming the Consortium) must provide at least one of the core disciplines listed from within its own resources. Additional disciplines maybe required depending on the projects specifics which may include, but not limited to: • geotechnical and traffic engineering expertise, • environmental consultant, • landscape architectural services, • conservation architect, • building surveyor, • any other services required for a particular appointment.
