Fáilte Ireland in Partnership with National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS), the Office of Public Works (OPW), the National Monuments Service (NMS) and Wicklow County Council is seeking a multidisciplinary team that will deliver a Visitor Experience and Management Masterplan (Glendalough and Wicklow Mountains National Park) and Visitor Orientation recommendations (Co. Wicklow) which identifies the priorities, actions, concept drawings, indicative costings and timelines for implementation. The multi-disciplinary team should have relevant experience in but not limited to the following: interpretation, orientation and way finding, tourism, architectural and archaeological conservation, engineering, traffic management, environment and planning. The proposal should balance the core conservation and heritage values of the NPWS, NMS and OPW with increased tourism demand. • Visitor Experience & Management Masterplan for Glendalough and Wicklow Mountains National Park (Concept Design and Order of Magnitude costs) • Visitor Orientation recommendations for County Wicklow.
