Tender description

TONY WILKINSON ADVISED - I have an update on the number of tests now, we were working on estimated numbers previously, but these have since been firmed up as shortlisting (PCRO) and CBQ marking (DHEP) stages have been completed, and it does mean the costs are slightly higher than originally anticipated. The numbers may alter slightly if we get some withdrawals, they’re not uncommon even at this stage. The original estimates were 400 for the following instructions test @ £12 each (4,800) and 600 @ £18 for the Watson Glaser test (10,800) giving £15,600 in total. The revised (maximum) figures are as follows:- 186 shortlisted for PCRO @ £12 = £2,232 896 passed CBQ marking @ £18 = £16,128 Total = £18,408
