Tender description

AWG Group (Anglian Water) is undertaking a procurement exercise to assess bidders for the provision of an end-to-end travel and accommodation management system. Anglian Water is looking to award a contract to one supplier for up to 3 years with option to extend for up to 5 years in any such increments as Anglian Water decide. The supplier will be responsible to deliver the requirements set out in the specification and draft contract documentation provided to Bidders. There is an option to provide additional services of a similar scope. These can include but are not limited to provision of taxi services, conference and meeting facilitation, airport parking. However, as this is an optional scope, the quotes provided for these additional services will not be evaluated as part of the pricing evaluation.
