The work requirements are as outlined in the attached documents: • Volume A – Instruction to Tenderer • Volume B – Form of Tender & Schedule • Volume C – Pricing Document • Electrical Drawing • Preliminary Health & Safety Plan (incl. Appendix A-Design Risk Register) • Construction Mitigation Measures – Covid-19 • Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works The contractor shall also take note that his tender submitted shall be of a fixed priced tender with the works to be completed as per called up in the Instruction to Tenderer. The completed tender documents are to be returned by email to email@mattomahony.ie on or before 12noon on Friday, 8th May 2020.
