Tender description

Two recruitment lots — one for each function — are available. An agency can confirm they meet the requirements of one or both lots. They will be expected to demonstrate how they can supply candidates in all the locations specified, recognising the directorate has people based in all four UK nations. Lot 1: Public Affairs and External Relations Roles The agency will supply candidates for permanent, fixed term and temporary roles in London, Manchester, other England locations, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast. Lot 2: Communications, Digital and Marketing Roles The agency will supply candidates for permanent, fixed term and temporary roles in London and Manchester. The agency must be able to identify and recommend candidates who closely match our recruitment requirements. We expect agencies to have a high level of understanding of candidates' experience, knowledge, technical skills and behaviours in order to assess and recommend their suitability for roles we are recruiting. This level of understanding is most likely achieved by interviewing candidates, ideally on a face-to-face basis (or if necessary comprehensively over the telephone). If the supplier cannot meet the GMC’s requirements or are unable to source candidates, they must notify the GMC as soon as possible.
