Tender description

This PIN is to gauge publishers’ interest in the 2nd iteration of the group purchasing scheme (GPS). We're a membership organisation, providing digital solutions for UK education and research. In 2018, we established a framework to support academic libraries with the perpetual purchase of digital archival collections (DAC) for use in research and teaching and based on member feedback we are creating another framework opportunity to run in parallel. We are keen to hear from publishers who can offer primary source material such as texts, images and audio-visual content and are interested in participating in this scheme. More information on the scheme and DAC:GPS 2020 can be obtained from procurement@jisc.ac.uk and Stephen.brooks@jisc.ac.uk Jisc Services Ltd intends to release a contract notice and commence a procurement process following the OPEN procurement procedure in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU and The Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The intention is for a procurement process to commence May/ June 2020 and this will be formally published via the OJEU and the Jisc procurement portal https://tenders.jisc.ac.uk. More information on this portal is available within this notice. Please note that future tender documents will only be made available via our e-procurement site http:// tenders.jisc.ac.uk.
