Tender description
Provision of a suitably-qualified Architect-Led Design Team (DT) for the proposed refurbishment and adaptive re-use of the former Church of St Kinneth (now deconsecrated) into a public library and multi-purpose space for the community of Ballivor. The aim is to make the building more suitable for community and cultural use by providing the necessary facilities in addition to conservation of the fabric.
