Tender description

The National Council for Special Education is a state body set up to improve the delivery of education services for persons with special educational needs. The NCSE maintains files in order to manage and co-ordinate service delivery. Files are stored offsite when they are not immediately required. The tendered service will provide reliable and secure collection, offsite storage and retrieval of NCSE records. The tendered service will provide boxes, seals and tags. The tendered service will provide a system for tracking and recovering boxes. The tendered service will provide a prompt service to return boxes when required. The tendered service will facilitate site inspection by NCSE nominees.
