Tender description

Ipswich Borough Council has secured a Development Grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund for this project. The funding is available to the Council in two phases. The first phase (development phase) funding has been secured through the Development Grant and relates to the design and development of the project which forms part of this brief. The second phase (the Delivery Phase) is subject to the Council submitting a further application for a heritage grant and gaining approval from the Heritage Lottery Fund. The Delivery Phase will consist of the delivery of the design approved during the Development Phase
