Tender description

The contractor will be creating shells for the new Second World War Gallery (SWWG) and new The Holocaust Gallery (THG), two fully fitted-out learning spaces on level 1 and level 2 of the Museum, upgrading the HVAC services to a storage area on level 2 and a refurbished toilet block, also on level 2 of the Museum. At present, the works are scheduled to run from January 2019 until December 2020. Timeframes and completion dates for specific sections within that period will vary. This is a restricted procurement process. Initial selection will be through a PQQ to determine a tender shortlist. The questionnaire return deadline is 23-Aug-18. Once evaluation has been completed, up to six tenderers will be shortlisted to be invited to tender. The tender is scheduled to be issued on 31 August 2018, with a return deadline of 15 October 2018. Following tender evaluation, clarification and sign-off, the provisional appointment is scheduled to be made on 9 November 18 and confirmed 20- December 2018.
