Tender description

Procurement Assist Ltd is seeking service providers to take part in tendering for a place on a 60 month dynamic purchasing system for lift installations. The services will be split into 4 categories, as follows: Category 1: Vertical Lift Removal and Installation. Category 2: Through Floor Lift Removal and Installation. Category 3: Stair Lift Removal and Installation. Category 4: Hoist Removal and Installation. The DPS will be available for use by iFM Bolton and the whole public sector from across the United Kingdom. The DPS initial application period is 30 days but will remain open until 31 May 2025. Applications from service providers can be made at any time during this period. The DPS is intended to be a fast route to market for clients, with clients not needing any further engagement with OJEU procurement processes. Including, but not limited to: • removal of passenger, service or heavy goods lifts, and installation of new replacement lift; • provision of consultancy service to design replacement lift. Including, but not limited to: • removal and installation of new vertical through floor, short rise and platform lifts; • provision of consultancy service to design replacement lift. Including, but not limited to: • removal and installation of new stair lift or step lift; • provision of consultancy service to design replacement lift. Including, but not limited to: • removal and installation of new hoist lifting system (ceiling, track overhead, mobile or bariatric; • provision of consultancy service to design replacement lift; • provision to lease mobile equipment.
