Realignment of the L2321 Local Road at Townley Crossroads on the N51 to create a partial staggered t-junction. Works include breakup of existing pavement, new pavement works, new road drainage, new kerbs, resurfacing of a section of the N51, replacement of existing safety barrier with new safety barrier, provision of new signage and road markings, provision of footpath, extended/upgraded access to Coillte car park and new maintenance access to the river to be provided. Fencing and other ancillary works also required.
