Tender description
The Council is commissioning the following component of Alternative Education Provision from September 2020: INTERIM TUITION SERVICE (TO INCLUDE USE OF AV1 ROBOTS) The majority of children’s educational needs are best met in school or otherwise but for some children, at specific times, an education either in an alternative venue or at home may be appropriate. Southend-on-Sea Borough Council has a statutory duty to arrange for the provision of appropriate education otherwise than at school, for children of compulsory school age who, due to medical, mental health, pregnancy or significant risk to others, will not receive a suitable education without these arrangements.
