Tender description

The University is seeking to procure insurances for the construction phase of the University's new campus: the Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus (‘TQEC’) adjacent to Bristol Temple Meads railway station. The following types of insurance are required: — Delay in start up, — Construction All Risks, — Terrorism, — Third Party Liability and Products Liability, — Non-Negligent Liability, — Financial loss. Details relating to each of the risks to be insured are contained in the tender documents. Cover is required from 1 October 2020.
